1) I want to place an order, but I have some questions. What can I do?
Customer service is our priority. Call us at anytime at (65) 68994053, or send us an e-mail to sales@lasergraphic.com. We will reply to e-mails within a day. In addition, in an emergency you can reach us on mobile phone at (65) 97962210
2) What if I want to print our logo on an item, but I don't have the artwork in the right format?We have experience with that! Just tell us where to find the logo on your web site, off your letterhead, card, fax, etc. In most cases we can use that artwork for your design.
3) What is the lead time for your orders? What about rush orders?It depends on the order quantity. We strive to be quick and prompt! For standard order, we will deliver in 3 to 5 working days. If you need an order rushed, we will do all we can even overnight so you get your stuff by your event date! There is a nominal rush charge for most rush orders. Call before placing an order if you need it by a certain date.
4) Do you send samples?You are always welcome to order a sample from us. Or, you can place an order and REQUEST a proof after you place the order. If you place an order for an item, we can refund your sample order if you order your bulk order within 30 days.
5) What are your payment options and terms?We accept company checks from business customers. For first time orders, the total must be paid in full before laser work will begin.
6) What if I want to place an order for 2000+ items?We can handle any size order, and we have discounts for bulk order. Please call or send email for negotiation.
